Can I get a price quote over the phone?
Junk removal companies hesitate to give pricing over the phone…we will! There are a number of factors (including weight, volume, location and time) that make the answer difficult, but standard-sized items are easy; items like couches, appliances, coffee tables, etc. Like other junk removal companies, we’d prefer to see the items in person before giving a quote. However, individual items are no problem. If you’re frustrated by calling other companies & not being able to get a straight answer, check out this video:
How do we handle items in good condition?
Whenever possible, we donate items that “are not really junk” to local non-profits. Junk Fox also recycles metal and cardboard.
How big are your junk removal trucks?
Our box truck is roughly 30 cubic yards…much larger than the standard junk removal dump truck. Many of our competitor’s trucks generally range from 15 - 17 yards. With that in mind, 1/4 of our truck is equivalent to about 1/2 of a standard-sized dump truck.
